How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

Return Policy

Please inspect all items immediately as soon as you receive them. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods in any way, you can return all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a refund or exchange.  If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier). Returned goods should be in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full (incl. Postage) or goods exchanged and postage refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery.

* Undies, underwear or underclothes cannot be returned or exchanged, purely due to sanitary reasons.

* Custom made or personalized products such as Eco-Blankies baby blankets or hand made organic wool sweaters,
  pull overs, hats, mittens, and/or booties cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specific for the customer 
  ordering.
