Open House/Health Information Night
The two evening event was a huge success!
Trees and Tots was live on location with product on hand for the public to see, touch, feel and smell the purity and softness of our products. We were also there to answer any questions and make parents aware of the many harmful toxin, chemicals, pesticides and carcinogens lurking in our every day products that we use on ourselves and around our homes. Just because something is in a store for you to purchase does mean it is at all safe for you or your children. There absolutely no testing/safety requirements/regulations for cleaners, clothing, bedding and skin care products. Compnaies can also play with words to make it look like it is a healthier choice and it could be no better for you at all.
We are truly excited to bring safe, chemical, pesticide and toxic free products to your local area. We really do want to be your definitive source for healthy and playing; as well as a trusted place for you to turn for your organic and natural needs.
We are always keeping our eyes and ears open for new great products to carry and try to support local producers which lessens our carbon foot print more than buying from the other side of the world.
The Open House was Friday June 5th and Friday June 12th, 2009 from 6:30-8:30 pm
Trees and Tots had a simple questionnaire for event goers to fill out about our products, what you would like to see us carry, what sales you like best and what would keep you coming back. For taking the time to fill out the questionnaire; you were automatically entered in a draw. Our lucky winner of our safe, healthy and eco-friendly prize from Trees and Tots was Bonnie, Jason and new baby Kersten of London. Congratulations and I do hope you enjoy those prize pack!
