All returns must be authorized by Trees and Tots returns department. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us and geting a Return Authorization (RA) number. For RA number please contact returns.
Please inspect all items immediately as soon as you receive them. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods in any way, you can return all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (next working day at the latest) so that we will be able to claim against the courier.
Returned goods should be in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
DAMAGED or FAULTY goods will be refunded in full (incl. Postage) or goods exchanged and postage refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
All authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
All unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Trees and Tots customer service. All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Trees and Tots. Trees and Tots in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Trees and Tots is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective, Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.

We ship via Canada Post and offer flat shipping rates to most locations.
Ontario $8.00 (3-5 Days Ground)
Canada (Outside Ontario) $12.00 (5-7 Days Ground)

Europe $35.00 (Air 7-14 Business Days)
