The Andiroba tree grows in the extensive Amazon region along the banks of rivers. The Native families wild harvest the nuts as they fall into the river and float downstream. They have used this oil for thousands of years for the treatment of skin and muscular inflammations, and as a repellent against insect bites.

How to use it:
